Established in 1975 by three visionary brothers, Park Rite has grown from a single location on the corner of Lafayette and First in downtown Detroit into a leading provider of parking services. Today, we manage over 40 parking lots and 14 garages in the Metropolitan Detroit area, along with several locations in Ann Arbor, accommodating over 5 million vehicles annually.

In 2023, we were honored with the National Parking Association’s award for Most Innovative Facility of the Year for our work at DSPL.
